Kaunas aviation Ltd. offers a new service – winter renovation. It includes:

• hangar storage throughout the winter season

• exterior renovation

• interior renovation
• engine MOH in PART 145 approved organization (our subcontractor)

Exterior renovation includes:

• dismantling of control surfaces
• old paint stripping
• air frame check
• corrosion removal and protection
• repair or change of composite and plastic parts (supplied by customer)
• wind shields and windows change (supplied by customer)
• spinner polishing
• epoxy primering
• 2K polyurethane painting (according to the customer’s paint scheme)
• new exterior decals (informational stickers)
• balancing and assembling of control surfaces
• producing of canopy cover
• new bolt (stainless steel) installment for engine covers and other parts
• aircraft weighing

Interior renovation includes:

• interior dismantling
• repair or change of plastic panels (we produce new parts ourselves)
• seat repair and leather covering
• headrest repair or manufacturing of new ones
• aircraft logo sewing on the headrest or seat
• control wheels leather covering
• armrest repair or manufacturing of new ones
• new interior decals (informational stickers)
• new carpet
• multimedia equipment installing (if required)
• additional pockets
• interior assembling

We use certified materials and Scottish leather.

Our goal is to deliver you a completely refurbished aircraft for the new season. We have renovated lots of aircrafts from all over Europe, including Piper, Cessna, Mooney, Beachcraft and ultralights (photos attached).
