Ownership: Dirmeta UAB is a 100% private company owned by two shareholders (50% of shares each).
History: In 1957 in a big company "Banga", one of key manufacturers of tuners in a former Soviet Union, employing more than 10000 employees, was established a tool making shop. The purpose of the shop was to provide "Banga" with technological equipment, stamping, moulding tools and other parts. In 1997, the old company has felt to pieces due to financial problems, the shop was owned by private investors and became a joint stock company "Dirmeta". The obtained experience during more than 40 years, introduced computerized projecting, high qualification of workers control helped to take one's part in Lithuanian market and to begin export to countries of western Europe.
